The Kabab Hindi is one of the most famous dishes in the Arabian Gulf countries and the Arab world. This type of food is very popular especially to the people in the Gulf who are affected by the Indian cuisine and the presence of the Indian labor. This dish is distinguished in the sour chili taste, and in spite of this, it is the favorite food for many people who prefer the chili taste. We will present to you the way of how to prepare the Kabab Hindi at home.
- 1/4 kilograms of lamb meat.
- 1/4 kilograms of veal.
- One big onion.
- 1/2 cup of chopped parsley.
- 8 whole cloves of garlic.
- Three big tomatoes.
- A tablespoon of red chili or red pepper.
- Half tablespoon of salt.
- A teaspoon of mix spices.
- Teaspoon ground coriander.
- A half cup of chopped green coriander.
- Half of teaspoon of black pepper.
Put the meat, onions, parsley and garlic together and mince them in a meat grinding machine more than one time, then mix them with your hands until you get a cohesive texture, after that add the spices and seasonings, and re-mix them together. Then form the meat in small circles or into kebab shapes (as you prefer) and put these pieces in the baking dish with the thin rings of tomatoes, then add some water and put it in the oven until it’s cooked and have natural red color. Then fry the green coriander with a little olive oil or butter (as you prefer) and pour it above the serving dish.
Indian kebabs are presented next to hot white rice, cold salad, and liquid red chili.
